Mazda’s all new MAZDA CX-7 possesses combines the excitement and practicality your want, and need. CX-7’s view from the luxurious cabin is commanding and its interior is clever and accommodates your every need. Storage is plentiful and the rear hatch gives you easy access to an area large enough to carry three golf bags sideways, whilst the 60:40 split rear seats fold virtually flat to allow room for even longer items. CX-7’s excitement begins with the CLASSIC. It’s economical 2.5 litre four-cylinder petrol engine has 120kW of power and 205Nm of torque on tap. It’s performance is enhanced by a responsive 5-speed Activematic transmission which offers ultra smooth automatic gear selection, or full manual control. Add front-wheel drive linked to precisely-controlled suspension and you’ve got a limber SUV that responds like a sports car.

CX-7’s CLASSIC SPORTS AND LUXURY SPORTS offer ALL-WHEEL drive exhilaration. This starts with the four-cylinder Direct Injection Spark Ignition (DISI) engine, offering an advanced combination of intercooling, direct injection and turbocharging, pumps out 176kW of power and 350Nm of torque from just 2.3 litres, whilst keeping fuel consumption and emissions impressively low. Power is delivered with stunning effect via a sports-tuned suspension and Active Torque Split AWD. This advanced system monitors wheel speed and engine output, splitting torque delivery between 100:0 to 50:50 front to rear for maximum grip in any condition. This quick-shifting 6-speed transmission, offers automatic ease, but permits you to take manual control when required.

CX-7’s DIESEL SPORTS, offers fuel economy that will thrill you, and your back pocket will thank it. The DIESEL SPORTS advanced 2.2 litre four-cylinder engine employs a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT), which minimises lag to give you instant thrust. A Selective Catalytic Reduction system helps keep emissions ultra-clean and the crisp-shifting 6-speed manual transmission combines Active Torque Split AWD and sports handling, to keep you fully in control of your driving. Of course CX-7 comes with a vast array of safety features such as the Mazda Advanced Impact Distribution and Absorption System (MAIDAS), which employs ‘Triple H’ construction to absorb and redirect impact energy away from the occupant cell. Further protection is boosted by front/side airbags for the driver and front passenger, plus curtain airbags front and rear. All models feature Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) incorporating Traction control as standard. Large ABS disc brakes all round and Electronic Brake-force Distribution and Emergency Brake Assist further fulfil your confidence.
